Conversational Arabic (Continuing class)

2012 Winter semester

Based on the university level text al- Kitaab fi Ta'allum, this course will allow the students to utilise their prior knowledge of Arabic Grammar and conversation skills gained through previous study to further enhance their understanding of the language as it is spoken in various parts of the Muslim world. Students will engage with the language using multimedia, project-based discovery, radio broadcasts and other methods to build proficiency.

 

NOTE There will be classes on Jan. 8 and Jan. 15, 11 am - 1 pm. Thereafter classes will be held on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, Jan. 18 - Mar. 7, 7 pm - 9 pm.
